Performance & Admission Information

• The ticket booth will be open for ticket collection and on-site sales 2 hours before the performance starts.
• To collect your tickets, you will need to show your reservation details and the ID of the ticket purchaser (Real ID cards, such as resident registration cards, driver's licenses, passports, student cards, and certified mobile ID cards will all be accepted).
• Admission to the venue will be granted 30 minutes before the performance starts. Initially, entry will proceed in ticket number order (queuing starts one hour before the performance begins).
• After the initial entry period has concluded, remaining ticket holders will be granted entry regardless of the ticket numbers. Please keep this in mind and arrive at your leisure.
• Admission times may vary depending on on-site conditions on the day.
• Entry may be delayed/restricted after the performance begins. Please enter according to the instructions from the door staff.
• Food and beverages (except bottled water) are prohibited, and items that may pose a threat to others are also prohibited.
• If you do something that threatens or damages other people's experience in the venue, you may be asked to leave.
• Taking pictures & videos using any filming equipment (including mobile phones) and/or producing live streams/recordings that violate copyrights are prohibited. There may be sanctions if caught, you may be asked to leave.
